Consultations & sessions

Initial conversation: Free

I offer a free 30-minute consultation conversation where we get to know each other. You can find out more about me and what I can offer you as a coach and I can find out more about you and what you want to work on. We can then decide together whether it’s a fit and if it is, how you want to move forward.

60-minute session:

These are primarily a short series of sessions where we work through a particular issue or goal and create a plan by the end of the session. If you’re looking to commit to a slightly longer series of sessions, we may focus on an overarching goal throughout, but with specific areas or issues focussed within each individual session.

Premium coaching

From Burnout to Balance:

Over 12 sessions, we’ll work through exercises and reflections to move from a place of burnout to a place of balance.

During the sessions we’ll cover:
• What burnout looks like for you and your relationship with stress.
• Whether your boundaries are working for you.
• How you manage your time and tips and tools to support this skill.
• The key to communicating what you need and want.
• Caring for yourself and creating lasting self-care habits.
• Building your resilience so that you can move forward with more balance.

In addition to the 1:1 coaching sessions, you’ll receive a personal journal which will help guide you on your journey to balance.

From Here to a Fulfilling Career:

Over 12 sessions, we’ll work from your ‘why’ to where you want to be. I’ll support you to explore your career path and take steps towards a fulfilling career.

Over the sessions we’ll cover:
• What led you to where you are now.
• Creating your own path. Narrowing it down from a long list of possibilities to the path that will most fulfil you.
• Developing your path. Exploring any barriers and gaining the knowledge, experience and skills to take the next step.
• Smashing the interview and getting what you want.
• Making sure you start out right. Setting the right boundaries and practicing self-care so that you can thrive in your new career.
• Walking your new path with care and confidence.

In addition to the 1:1 coaching sessions, you’ll receive a personal journal which will help guide you on your path towards a more fulfilling career.

Bespoke coaching

Bespoke transformational coaching:

If you’re looking for a 12-month transformational journey with bespoke coaching support, strategic goal setting and lasting change, then this is the program for you.

You will receive:

• 12 one-hour dedicated one-to-one coaching sessions
• Dedicated tools and techniques to help you achieve the transformation you’re seeking
• A check-in each week to make sure you’re on track with your goals
• A personal journal to help you keep track of your progress
