The Encompassed Leadership series

This 7-day flagship program supports leaders at all levels to:

• better understand themselves through self-discovery, feedback and relational work
• learn how to create a culture that facilitates high-quality work and high performance through exercises and reflection
• use themselves as a primary mechanism to facilitate connection, psychological safety and high-functioning teams and services.

This series is for leaders across your organisation. They may be new to a leadership role, aspiring leaders or leaders who want to grow and develop themselves and their teams. It is best if booked as a whole series, however, if you are looking for something more bespoke or only some of the areas of learning, then let’s chat about developing a program that meets your needs.

Enhancing self-awareness

Leaders will discover how to see more of themselves through the use of tools and exercises. They will understand the importance of cultivating self-awareness and they will touch base with how they make decisions and the values that drive them.

Connection

Leaders will explore the culture of their team or organisation alongside learning how to create a culture that values growth and facilitates belonging. They will consider why it’s vital to celebrate diversity and difference and spend time learning techniques for how to lead in times of uncertainty and change.

Masks, Psychological safety and Authenticity

We all wear masks, but it’s important to understand what these look like, the value they may bring, but also what they’re hiding. So leaders will explore the masks they wear and the value of vulnerability and authenticity at work. They will consider how these link to creating psychological safety and learn ways of being that enable this for themselves and their team.

Supervision and Support

Leaders will learn tools and techniques to facilitate effective and reflective supervision. They will learn about mastering the art of performance management and creating a team that is high performing.

Empathy

Leaders will explore what empathy means in leadership, how it shows up and the barriers that get in the way. They will consider how to be reflexive in their practice and focus on self-care and prevention of burnout.

Developing your path

Leaders will consolidate their learning, using feedback to understand their growth and development. They will create their own path of leadership to carry them forward in a way that enables them to thrive.
